Jill Sherman leads DigitasLBi’s social practice across North America. She holds a patent in social commerce and is a critical part of the agency’s business, which currently provides social media scope — channel expertise, social analytics, social CRM, crisis management, content-for-social strategy — to 70% of its national client base.
Jill’s team is cross-capability, and develops integrated social, content, influencer and engagement strategies. She is responsible for the strategic assessment, planning and execution of social and content marketing programs for national and global brands, including financial services, CPG, automotive, retail, lifestyle, health and education. Jill also develops and evangelizes agency POVs while synthesizing and contextualizing the impact of trends for both the agency and clients, and partners with ELT to vet new business and client growth opportunities. She also manages to find time to mentor strategic leaders and sponsor their growth opportunities within the organization.
