His specialties include Music — Legal & business development experience in multiple areas of the music business with deep subject matter expertise and 13 years of Transactional Music Law, doing the deals as we entered the digital age.
And Digital Media — Broad experience in editorial, product, technology & ad sales facets of digital media, with primary role prospecting partners, negotiating business terms, coordinating internal teams and maintaining relationships that are core to advancing goals and interests of the company. He ran Entertainment Business Development at AOL and HuffPost with responsibilities as diverse as negotiating multi-million dollar deals with the performing rights societies during the wild west of the rate court, massive sponsorship deals for franchises such as AOL’s Sessions and Huff Post Live…and he was the guy they’d call to get the talent off the ledge and get the release signed in the nick of time.
