David Weiszfeld

David WEISZFELD, 32 years old, is the CEO of Soundcharts. He started his career at Universal Music France as an intern and a few years later became Head of International Development. His 12 years of experience working in the music industry helped David realize that there was a need for music data analytics and automated reporting. In 2013 he left the Major to create bSHARP, an artist managing and consulting company and then founded Soundcharts. At the beginning, Soundcharts was used exclusively by David and his entourage. The solution became particularly efficient and in 2015, Soundcharts was finally released to music professionals. Eight months after monetization, the service is used by over 200 companies including Sony Music, Universal Music, Warner Chappell, Ultra as well as many independents such as Believe Digital, XL Recordings and Marathon Artists.
