Tom Rassweiler

As VP of Games, Tom Rassweiler runs the Game Development Department at Arkadium. He and his team have created hundreds of successful games for clients, including the Washington Post and CNN, as well as consumers.  As a member of the company’s management team, and drawing from his previous work as the head of Arkadium’s R&D department,  Tom has instituted an overarching strategy that has been a smashing success: using fun + crowdsourcing to develop the best games. He introduced the company’s bi-annual “Jamkadium,” a two-day event where employees split into teams to suggest improvements and new ideas for the company. Tom is driven by his love of exploring technology and design to bring the most exciting and satisfying experiences to the company’s tens of millions of users.  He is a graduate of Princeton University.
